If I have joined communities and have added the communities as a friend as well, will my friends only entries be visible to everyone in those communities?

If you set the privacy of your LJ to Friends Only; only your friends will be able to view them. Communities will only be able to see your Community post when you choose to post an entry to the community journal; when they click your name to see your journal (other community members) they won't be able to see yoru journal unless they request to be your friend first.
Reply:no. the only people that can see your friends only people are JOURNALS (not communities) that you allow to.
