My LiveJournal friends filters are not working, why?

I have a few types of friends filters. I have the one person I do not want to see my entry in the "Not In Group" category, and I've pressed save. I went back and looked and she was still in the "Not in Group" category, when I made my entry I put it to


"Custom" and checked the group she was "not" in, yet 10 minutes later she was commenting my entry? Why?

My LiveJournal friends filters are not working, why?
A technical issue could be causing this problem. I would recommend getting in touch with the webmaster to let them know what's going on. To send an e-mail to them send it to an address that will look something like this: webmaster@sitename.com
