For any of you livejournal users out there, could someone help me out here?

I recently made a post in a community, but then I left the community (for quite a few reasons) and I want to delete the post I made too, but the community is friends-only, and so I can't access it anymore. I REALLY want to delete the post and i REALLY DONT wanna have to re-join the community. Anyone have any idea if this problem is fix-able?

its a post you made, right? so you should still be able to see it.. i think. thats the only way, since youre out of the community though just say good riddance and don't worry about it anymore.
Reply:I am sorry to say that you will NOT be able to access the community to delete the post WITHOUT joining it again.

Do you know the mod? could you ask them?

What kind of joining is it? If it's open to anyone join, delete the post, then leave.

If it's not open, and you care that much about the entry, just do it anyways
Reply:On the home page or your profile page, go to the link under Journal that says "Edit Entries."

It will give you the option to view and edit your most recent entries. Type in the name of the community in the last section, and it should come up.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to access the entry, having left the community, but if it's possible, that would be the way to do it.
