On Livejournal, is there any way to hide the list of communities you are a member of?

On the Profile page, it lists, among other things, communities joined.





Is there any way to hide this list, other than to remove yourself from the communities themselves?

Livejournal support gives details but a summary is you either use a new account or ban the communities:

This also lists some restrictions on hiding the Friend of list if that's want you want, but take a read of this as it's actually a livejournal support page.
