When you set your entry in your journal to 'Private', no one can read it. But to be sure, you'd want to remove your journal's inclusion in search engine results. To do that, just go to your profile, click on 'Edit', select 'Viewing options', and under 'Additional privacy options', put a check on the box next to 'Minimize your journal's inclusion in search engine results'. That will prevent search engines like Google, LJseek or sites like Open Archive from archiving your entries for the public to see.

Hope this helps!
Reply:No because you haven't publish it yet and is kept private unless you have put it on public before there are chances that it will appear on the search engine but very likely.
